Paper Submission

The Conference welcomes the submission of full papers. The maximum paper length is 10 pages. A package with formatting instructions and a MSWord template is available here: I-ESA14Template. We encourage authors to submit original papers via the electronic I-ESA14 Conference Management System: iesa14.confmaster.net.

The paper submission deadline is September 20th, 2013 October 18th, 2013 (hard deadline). Only full paper submissions will be accepted. Submissions received after the deadline or that do not meet the length or formatting requirements detailed on I-ESA14Template will not be accepted for review. Notification of receipt of the electronic paper will be mailed to all authors soon after receipt. If there are problems with the electronic submission, we will contact the primary author by email.

Workshop Papers and Doctoral Symposium Papers

For Workshop papers (max 6 pages length articles) and Doctoral papers (max 6 pages length articles), use the I-ESA14-Workshop-guidelines.doc.zip.

• Workshop deadline for selection of participants:
  December 20th, 2013 January 24th, 2014
• Workshop deadline for camera ready paper:
  December 20th, 2013 February 24th, 2014
• Doctoral papers: follow the guidelines (I-ESA14-Workshop-guidelines.doc.zip) and send your article to ds-iesa2014@mines-albi.fr before the 10th of february.
